[9.20-11][selfANSWERED] WebFilter doesn't auto create users

UPDATE:  the question is redundant as AutoUser creation doesn't work with AD-SSO... 


With older versions of the UTM, when the AD-SSO was used and you had selected the option under Authentication Services > Auto Create users and selected Web Filter.  The UTM would build user objects as each web filter request was sucessfully authenticated to a user.

This does not work anymore.  For each user that is sucessfully authenticated, a user object is not built. 

I'm unsure if this is now by design (unlikely) or a possible bug.  

Can anyone replicate please?
