[9.2]][ANSWERED] WAF Exchange 2013 ActiveSync how-to?

I tried to get my exchange 2013 running with the new version 9.2. OWA including reverse authentication works fine. Only ActiveSync making some troubles. But i´m not sure if the problem sitting in front of the screen. :-) 
I tried the following  howto  (for 9.1)
Did someone get ActiveSync working with 9.2? Any how-to available?

    Hi Alex,
    I think you have configured the standard domain as described in that link. For ActiveSync you must use in the phone profile just the username (samAcountname). The domain name did not work with the current release.

    Alternative you should use the primary upn with ldap authentication, not ad authentication.
