It appears there is no way to manually block a site. Yes i know we can "recategorize" a site to a category we block..but simply the ability to input a site we want blocked i'm not finding in a simple way as before.
On the Edit Filter Action popup, the second tab labelled "Websites" contains the blacklist and whitelist. This is the same feature as in 9.1 with some additional redesign of the UI to make it clearer how domain and regex interact (the underlying functionality is exactly the same as 9.1).
