[9.200.11][notaBUG] Webadmin and OTP

Hi all,

I installed the 9.200.11 beta on the 9.195. First it seems to went goos but today I can´t login to the webadmin or the Userportal.
Webadmin is secured by OTP. Yesterday it worked.
Userportal is unreachable and runs into an timeout.
unfortunaty I didn´t setup the SSH access. So currently i cannot access the utm for troubleshooting.
Any Idea?

It's hard to say. could be many things.

Is the UTM running on physical hardware?

Hi,

You can login on the console as 'root' with empty password.

Then, run 'free' and see if your out of RAM, and 'top' and check the CPU consumption.

Hi all,
It`s a virtual Maschine on esx 5.5. Blank root login is denied. I think i try reproduce with a new 9.195 image and upgrade.
I`ll comeback ...

It has been the licenceproblem. But it don't know why it didn't bring up the licence screen immediately.
