[9.200-11][BUG] Webadmin fails to start during boot

Hi,

after updating from 9.1 to 9.2, the webadmin service fails to start at boot. During bootup it has a status of 'failed'. Failed services in runlevel 3: httpd

However, after a while I can access webadmin fine. Looks like it's getting restarted again?

    Hi Franc,

    The Webadmin fails to start because at that moment the interface is not up and running. You must wait several minutes (about 5-10) till the middleware finishes its cycle. 
    During the system boot, the apache did not start. You can see that in selfmon.log, right after the up2date was performed:

    2014:02:28-17:52:48 firewall selfmonng[4489]: I check Failed increment dbus_running counter 1 - 3
    2014:02:28-17:52:53 firewall selfmonng[4489]: I check Failed increment dbus_running counter 2 - 3
    2014:02:28-17:52:58 firewall selfmonng[4489]: W check Failed increment dbus_running counter 3 - 3
    2014:02:28-17:52:58 firewall selfmonng[4489]: Dbus (application device bus) system daemon not running - restarted

    We are tracking this issue in 29824. Will be fixed in 9.3 beta thought. [:)]
