I would like to know if this features is include in the UTM SPX since version 9.2
In the Sophos Mail appliance, SPX have a options to let the user (Receiver) choose their password for encrypted mail with a the portal.
I think the first time they receive a SPX mail, they got a special mail explaining how access portal and create there password to decrypt SPX, based on their email address.
This way, the sender dont have to communicate in a secure way the password to decrypt the mail to the receiver. That make sense, cause if i have to call the receiver to give them the password it a lost of time and it complicated for the end user.
Another question, 90% of our users dont use Outlook but OWA. So i cant install the outlook plugin.
Again in the Sophos mail appliance when you set the sensitivity of the email to Confidential (This options is available in OWA) the mail is intercept by Sophos and encrypt with SPX.
