Can you please explain in much more detail what you're talking about?
the new idea i was following included in 9.2
Google Application Control
Enforcement has been added for Google apps, allowing you to limit access to these services to your company domain only. By limiting to your company domain only, users will not be able to access their personal apps any more. You will find this as “Enforce allowed domains for Google apps” in the “Edit Filter Action” dialog box when creating Web policies.
This feature does this following:
If your company has Google Apps for Business, you can put in the allowed domain names in. Then one of your users can sign into their personal Google Account. If they then try to use Google+ or Google Drive they should be prevented.
Please note that you must have HTTPS Decrypt and Scan on, since all of Google uses HTTPS.
If this is not working, also double check that your user is hitting the Filter Action that you think he should be (you can see log line to confirm this).
If this is still not working for you please paste details including reproduction steps. Unfortunately "does not work" is not enough for us to go on.
