[9.195][notaBUG] SSL VPN and IPSec is not working

hello, 

after the Update to 9.195006 is the SSL and the IPSec VPN not working. I working with dyndns, not with a Fix IP.

    Hi Kevin,

    I checked DynDNS this morning and see that we have a server certifcate issue in 9.2.
    Can you please take a look in your system.log and check what your ddclient reports. Maybe you will see something like 

    ddclient[18189]: WARNING:  cannot connect to members.dyndns.org:443 socket: IO::Socket::SSL: SSL connect attempt failed with unknown error error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed IO::Socket::INET6 configuration failed SSL connect attempt failed with 
    unknown error error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed
