[9.195][DUPE] IPv6 Tunnel Broker stays down

The HE tunnel broker fix hasn't been been merged into 9.195 and probably won't make it into 9.200 as well. That short before release, the devs have to make some decisions which fixes are important enough to still make it. IPv6 connectivity though is (still) low prio, too less customers seem to use it.

We moved our utm over to a new server and are now experiencing this issue. It's really a shame that there is this perception about ipv6. I've had a tunnel configured for almost a year and a significant amount of the traffic through utm is ipv6 carried through the tunnel, often well up into the double digits, sometimes over half of the traffic.
