[9.193][ANSWERED] Embeded pdf's and images in SPX

I am using 9.193, did a quick test, and included a pdf file and a jpg. the file size shows the attachments are embedded but opening up in a reader does not show the attachment. How do you extract the attachments? I sent the email using a web client for Kerio Connect.

Also using windows 8.1 embedded reader, and IOS. It seems to work with Adobe only

Hi victor,

Tested with windows 8.1 and nitro pro 8, and works for me. With ioS thought the embedded reader didn't open the attachments.
Must add that only Adobe is officially supported for fetching the spx attachments. For others it simply might/might not work. This will be mentioned in the online help.
