[9.193][BUG] Hurricane Electric IPv6 Broker Unable to connect

Hi All
After 9.193 Patch install and reboot my HE IPv6 broker did not connect saying bad password. I check my account on HE and found I had to do a password reset to get into account. I entered new password into Broker and was still getting connection errors.
I deleted tunnel from HE and recreated a new Tunnel, entered new details and rebooted Firewall still no luck.
All was working before hand.

  • I had this issue too some time ago. What I did was log on to HE's website and changed the password. Then I updated the password on the UTM and it was able to connect again (and since hasn't given any problems).

Managing several Sophos UTMs and Sophos XGs both at work and at some home locations, dedicated to continuously improve IT-security and feeling well helping others with their IT-security challenges.

Sometimes I post some useful tips on my blog, see blog.pijnappels.eu/category/sophos/ for Sophos related posts.
