[9.192-8]Possible (Bypass User) Issue

I just turned up the new beta to check out some of the new features and while playing around with the Web Filter and Country Block, I noticed that after adding my username to the "Users/Groups allowed to bypass blocking" under "Web Protection"-> "Filtering Options" -> "Bypass Users" I am not offered a bypass screen to override the block.

Also, should the bypass be offered for a country block as well?  Please let me know if there is anything wrong with my setup for testing this feature.

I have the following basic setup for testing the web filter:

COUNTRY BLOCKING

Also enabled on all countries for "ALL" but the US, US is set to "FROM"

--- Will Bypass also allow you to bypass a country block as well?
