[9.192][FEATURE] Wireless AP Active/Inactive Notification

Hello,

The wireless subsystem is - at the moment - missing the ability to send out notifications.

In my opinion even a very general "AP Inactive/Active" notification would help.

I don't really have a clue how hard would it be to implement this feature but many customers running larger number of APs would for sure find it helpful.
