[BUG][9.192-2]Disabling IPv6 still leaves tunnel broker interface

Hi all

NOTE/EDIT - Title says 9.192-2; this is an error, it's actually 9.191-2!

Unsure if this is by design.  However, after 'playing' around with IPv6 I since wanted to totally disable all IPv6.  

When using the GLOBAL tab to, I assume, globally disable IPv6, the result was it did not.

I had enabled a tunnel broker but not properly configured it.

As such, I had IPv6 enabled and Tunnel Broker tab set to enabled.

If I disable the IPv6 global tab, it still leaves the tunnel broker enabled of which shows an active interface on the dashboard and through ifconfig via the shell.

I need to re-enable IPv6, then disable the Tunnel Broker and then disable IPv6 global tab.

I'm unsure if this is by design or in fact a bug.
