[9.191][ANSWRED] Userportal Android 4.3 install

Hi,

i'm trying to install the openvpn profile from Userportal for my Android 4.3 Tablet. Openvpn is already installed, i only want to download the configuration files to import. So i logged in in Userportal and find no download button for the files. I only see a install button. 

OK nice. Click on install and nothing happend. My tablet tries to download, but nothing comes down. 

Is there someone who downloaded and installed the openvpn profiles from UserPortal via Android sucessfully or is this only a problem on my installation?
