A quick update on the behavior of web policies in the 9.2 Beta for you. Originally, when we were looking at how to handle polices as part of the new web filtering design, we made the choice to create separate policies for each profile. This means, if you upgraded from 9.1 and had 4 profiles with 4 policies, you would get say 16 total policies as they could not be referenced centrally by other profiles.
This of course had some downsides if you had a large web filtering design, and some testers had upwards of 1000 policies as a result of the power of multiplication.
As a result, we reduced rations to half and doubled the amount of overseers walking the whip lines, and the developers have delivered a central policy approach for 9.192 that will negate the need for the previous behavior. If you were affected with large amounts of profiles, you will need to either clean these up manually or restore again into 9.192 a backup from 9.100 to achieve a clean look, as we cannot easily/intelligently clean up the profiles that you may or may not be using.
