[9.191][BUG] Unable to remove Enpoint Protection from windows

Hi All
I'm trying to uninstall the Endpoint protection from a windows laptop.
(I have done this previously on other machines with other UTM versions)

The user is in the Local SophosAdministrator Group, but I get "You have insufficient privileges to uninstall this product".

Thoughts?
