[9.191][QUESTION] No route to Host Error message.

Hi All
I was trying to go to a couple of web sites and I was getting a Sophos Generated Error message in all browsers saying
An error occurred while handling your request
While trying to retrieve the URL:
Telstra Small Business - Mobiles, Internet, VOIP & Data
The content could not be delivered due to the following condition:
No route to host
Your cache administrator is:
Mark

I was getting this message for telstra.com and bigpond.com.au.

I looked at the "Policy Test" and all looked fine.

When I look at Web Filter live log I see the below
