[9.191] OTP User Portal

A while ago when I first setup the OTP on a user account to test, there was a menu in their user portal to check the OTP and see the QR code after they already set it up.

This seems to be missing now. I see multiple settings to hide the menus but none of them are preventing it.

    Ok,  Soo when the super user had the OTP linked to it, I could login with the OPT with the AD user but the OPT menu would not show up in the menu like I was talking about.

     However when I switched to to link the AD user with OPT, it never lets me login, it regenerates another OPT code. I ended up with 3 OPT codes for that user before I stopped. Pictures to show.
