[9.186-1] after Factory Reset, Webadmin takes 8 minutes to start working

Hi, I did a factory reset on my test system tonight, and after I booted it back up I can ping and I can get to the webadmin port, but webadmin just says
"Please wait, connecting to backend"

tail -f /var/log/*.log

shows nothing logged during my webadmin attempts.

I tried running
/etc/rc.d/httpd restart
but it didn't help.


after 8 minutes, I can now connect, and I get the Basic System Setup screen.

This system is VERY fast (i5-4670, 4GB RAM), so I don't see why it should take so long to come back to life.
