[9.186][BUG] SPX does not encrypt upon release from quarantaine (fileextension)

The default SMTP profile blocks .exe files. I send an eMail via SPX with subject [secure:...] and attachment something.exe.

Result is, that the eMail gets quarantained because of the .exe attachment. If I release the eMail in MailManager, it will be sent unencrypted and even worse: The password in the subject line is still present.
