[9.186][QUESTION] Filter Profiles questions

Been trying to wrap my haed around filter profiles in its new form. Here are a few questions.
1. Are the rules read in order?
I ask this since I can create a set of policies. Lets say 3 policies. First policy would be defined with specific internal hosts and approriate filter policies. Second policy would be for the entire internal network using edir sso. All works well at this point. Add a third rule for EP clients. I specify the ep client group under allowed ep groups. This does not see to work. If I add the machine into allowed nertworks it will work. that is for internal. If I add any to allowed networks than it overrides every rule prior, but the rule works. What am I not understanding about this process.

    I'm running out of ideas...

    What version of Endpoint are you running?
    If you load Endpoint then go to View Product Information.  The overall version should be "10.3 UTM"  The Web Control version is "10.0.4".

    Just in case, reboot.
    Run services.msc
    Make sure that Sophos Web Intelligence Service and Sophos Web Control Service are Started.

    If all else fails, try uninstalling, getting a fresh copy of the installer (Slim version) from the UTM, and reinstalling.

    I have already tried all of that. I have reinstalled and rebooted several times. Deleting the entire sophos folder as well to confirm. Could it have something to do with my account at this point. I was just trying to add the utm to the sophos sec. I have that as well. I see a big picture for the product for 1 to 1 for schools. I need this to work. I know its beta. Just venting. spending way to many hours on one thing [:)]

    Anyway under Sophos LiveConnect - Registration I see under the SEC Information for hostname a bunch of letters and numbers with some dashes. I tried pasting that into for hostname on SEC and it did not like that. So is mine populated incorrectly for the hostname on the utm?
