[9.185][NOTABUG] User creation issue

I've deleted an autocreated user object. Now, login to the userportal fails. No additional autocreation for the same user possible. The log shows user allready in use. See below..

    Hi Bianca,

    this works. Thanks for your support. Just one thing we should consider. There must be created an extra mailbox for the admin email. An additional email address for a normal user no longer works. The customers needs one additional Microsoft user CAL. 

    The email that is already use by the Admin is a secondary email address. These address doesn't work.
