[9.185][NOTABUG] User creation issue

I've deleted an autocreated user object. Now, login to the userportal fails. No additional autocreation for the same user possible. The log shows user allready in use. See below..

    Hi mod,

    This issue results from the email address klaus@sure*******.de, which is already in use by the "admin" user as the primary mail address. 
    The solution would be to modify the "admin" email address to something else or to use it as a secondary email address.
    The explanation is also sent via mail by the developer.
