[9.171] EXT interface doesn't get new IP address on reconnect

Hi,

With 2 interfaces in 9.171, 
I moved the cable on the EXT interface to a different lab network tonight. The NIC was down for 8 seconds according to the kernel log.

After connecting to the other network, the UTM did not get a new IP address; it stayed with the one from the previous lab network.

The EXT NIC is configured as Ethernet DHCP.

There's nothing else in the kernel log, and nothing in the system.log for that time period.

I had to log into webadmin on the INT NIC, and I tried hitting the 'RENEW' button on the EXT interface, but that did not work either, so I had to disable the EXT NIC in webadmin and then re-enable it. A few seconds later, it was online with the new IP address.

Let me know which other logs I should check.

Also, I should point out that I am running a newer kernel, kernel-smp64-3.8.13.6-4.g9916619.x86_64.rpm from https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/81/t/65355
