[9.171][BUG] Hotspot vouchers missing characters

In my wireless setup I have used some special characters (- in the SSID, ! in PSK) These (and some other) special characters are not printed on the vouchers.
In stead it just omits them. Say I have SSID wlan-hotspot with PSK P@ssWord! 
It would then list wlanhotspot as SSID with PssWord as password.

    Hi apijnappels,
    are you sure these signs are part of the voucher template? We forgot to add them to the default template, so you need to add them manually.

    Then that is what went wrong; I didn't alter anything. I'm going to look how and where I can change these. I did find out how to download them, but not sure now about how to edit/recreate them.
