[9.171] Not possible to create voucher with long (ie 2 years) validity period

In UTM9.1 you could create a voucher with a validity period of 3650 days, in this béta it gives the following error (even for 710 days)

The voucher definiton object requires a number in the range 0-1000000 for the validity period attribute.

    The error message is now much more clear, but in 9.1 it was possible to create a voucher with a 5 or 10 year lifetime, now it's limited to "only" 730 days.
    Is there a special reason for this change?
