[9.171][BUG] System Database Problems

There is a Problem with the system database, but HA state looks OK.... (see attached Image)

HA log:
2013:11:25-06:41:45 asg-2 repctld[7499]: [e] db_connect(2548): error while connecting to database: FATAL: the database system is in recovery mode

    at the Moment I have no time to Setup the Cluster again. I will see if I have time next weekend. I don't think that this is a hardware Problem. There are 10 other systems that running on this hyper-v host. Windows systems and linux based systems. No one have a problem. I think this is also a problem with the old hyper-v drivers.
