[9.171][BUG] System Database Problems

There is a Problem with the system database, but HA state looks OK.... (see attached Image)

HA log:
2013:11:25-06:41:45 asg-2 repctld[7499]: [e] db_connect(2548): error while connecting to database: FATAL: the database system is in recovery mode
2013:11:25-06:41:45 asg-2 repctld[7499]: [e] master_connection(2452): FATAL: the database system is in recovery mode
2013:11:25-06:41:45 asg-2 repctld[7499]: [c] update_monitor(1591): MONITOR: cannot connect to master database
2013:11:25-06:41:48 asg-2 repctld[7499]: [e] db_connect(2548): error while connecting to database: FATAL: the database system is in recovery mode

    Hi mod2402,

    thank you for your input. To get an overall impression I would like to ask you for some more Log files. 
    Could you please attach following Logs from up2date date until now:

    - high-availability.log
    - system.log
    - fallback.log
    - selfmon.log
    - kernel.log
    - boot.log
    - up2date.log

    You can find the Logs in the directory:
    /var/log/...

    To compress the Log files you can use e.g.:
    tar cfvz [ARCHIV].tar.gz [VERZEICHNIS1] [DATEI1]
