[9.171][NOTABUG]Application Control does not apply

Do you have this problem with an earlier beta also or does it start with 9.171?

I couldn't reproduce your issue.

I blocked bild.de for the internal network, the site is not reachable anymore from the internal network. The same for skype.
Do you use AppCtrl in combination with the proxy? I tested it without proxy.

Hi, I have a AP 10 with two networks ( "Intern" and "Extern" ) both networks have different proxy & application control rules. When I am in "W-LAN Extern" and use the Application "Teamviewer" then they should be blocked based on the Application Controll rule. Unfortunately, I can launch the application. The same with SSL pages. So far, mine is not noticed.

sorry, I could not reproduce your issue. I tested it in the company with and without proxy and it works.

Here some questions to get a better overview about your setup:
Do you have this problem with an earlier beta also or does it start with 9.171?
Does your setup work in 9.1 stable?
Do you have a network skipped in the Advanced Tab?
Do you have only problems with your external wlan network or also with your internal?
Do you transparent or standard proxy?

Maybe you can strip down your configuration for easier debugging. Use only one rule for your internal and one rule for your external network with only one application in each rule.
