[9.170][CLOSED] What broke for me with 9.170

1. I can no longer use the agent auth for proxy.
2. Can't get into User Portal with any user.

These did work before the upgrade on 165.

Update: I did get the auth agen working. removed the config and recreated it. 
Still can't get into the user portal though. Can't even find anything in the logs.

    Well I restarted multiple times the system as well. Suddenly it just started working. Finding more issues like sites being blocked that were not before on 165. So far this beta is less stable than the first as well. seeing sudden delays for websites that did not see before. I will keep looking and start posting all I find.
