[9.170][BUG] After 9.170-22 update Webadmin and Userportal not accessible anymore

After update to 9.170 the webadmin and user portal are not accessible anymore. Everything else seems still to work flawlessly...

But not sure how they could be related. Will troubleshoot later more...

First guess was maybe my trusted wildcard cert I'm using for webadmin, but changing the cert via cc back to original cert seems not to help.

    Restarting AUA doesn't do anything for me.

    The weird thing was that I was able to get into WebAdmin at first.  It wasn't until I tried to enable the new SPX email encryption that I lost connectivity.  I received an email notification that "WebAdmin webserver not running - restarted".  Since then, I haven't been able to access it.  Is it possible to disable SPX from the shell?
