Automatic Known Issues List (KIL), updating properly?

Is the Automatic Known Issues List (KIL) thread updating properly?

29095 is the highest known number listed but other threads indicate there are known issues with higher numbers.

AFAIK not every issue is added to the KIL. The issues are selected manually to appear on the list.

Hi there,

Not every bug opened via a thread is added to the KILL List. Only those which have a high priority or are targeted for 9.2 release.
