[9.165][DUPE] Wireless Hotspot

Is anyone else having an issue with the Hotspot Feature?  My Hotspot for Guest WiFi no longer accepts the Terms of Acceptance. Users check the box and click accept and just get brought back to the same screen.  They're never allowed online.
