[9.165][FEATURE] make FTP Proxy port configurable

The FTP proxy listens on port 2121 in non-transparent mode.
Is there a reason why this port is not configurable through the webadmin?

The config file /var/chroot-ftp/etc/frox.conf-default already reads the parameter from 
the middleware but this parameter isn't available in the conf-daemon:

# Port to listen on. Must be supplied.
#
# Port 2121
[]

Where can this port be configured? Are there plans to make this port configureable through webadmin?
