[9.165][BUG] European date Format in Monthly Graphs

Hi, the date format in monthly graphs is hard coded to European/Asian (dd/mm) format. Unfortunately we use (mm/dd) format in the US which makes it confusing. Notice the highlighted areas of screenshot for clarity.
