[9.165][BUG] European date Format in Monthly Graphs

Didn't get the chance to tell you welcome back [:D]!

The ticket  will deal with aligning the date from the graph itself ("the bubble") with the one on horizontal axis. I cannot guarantee if this alignment will be in European/US format [:)]

Thanks for the warm welcome Bianca. I love to tinker with astaro for relaxation [:O] 

I have to congratulate all you guys and the devs on the most stable initial beta that I have been a part of. There are minor problems which are to be expected but even with a great new feature set, the product is amazingly stable. Good job everyone!!!
