[9.165][CLOSED] Enabling/Disabling RED compression stops all traffic

Hi,
I was just testing with a RED50 and i noticed that all traffic stops working when i enable or disable RED compression. 

the symptoms are: RED seems online, port status reported.. but no traffic passes the tunnel.

i have tried restarting the RED server but this does not seem to work. a reboot did fix it.

    Hi Andreas,

    strangely i had this a few times but now i can't reproduce. my red now comes online but is very unstable. i can copy a few megs and then it reconnects. i'll make a traffic dump to see if anything gets lost asap. 

    this line should be ok but we will know for shure when i have the dumps.

    ok, i have tested it again and i seem to have it again, 
    i simply turned on compression and now the UTM can't reach the clients connected to it but it seems clients can reach the UTM so currently i have one way traffic.

    11:57:38.879094 ARP, Request who-has ranger tell 172.20.50.200, length 46

    but this ARP reply never arrives at the client.
