[9.165][BUG] Userportal - no login possible

Since Upgrade from 9.106 to 9.165 it is not possible to login
to the user portal. (home user license)
I Try with AD accounts and new local user created.
Also try auto create user (klaus)
Also changed the port from 443 to 9443 and set Any for Networks.

any new settings to check or is it a bug?

    The authentication is successful, but apparently the user has no rights to access User Portal. Please go to Management->User Portal->Global and either enable All Users or select the desired users.
    Please let me know the effect.

    On the other hand, that message might appear because aua fails to fetch the confd object (as you can see it tries 2 times).
    I will open a Mantis, our developer will take a look at this.

    It was already set to "All User" I try with individuell user same effect,
    change back to "All User". Same problem.
