[9.165][BUG] Hotspot Issues

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, but since upgrading to 9.2 the guest hotspot has not been working properly. The login page shows up, and accepts my login, but continually redirects back to the same login page.

I have tried changing the hotspot type to a terms of use, but after agreeing to the terms it still redirects back to the same page.
