[9.165][DUPE] Can't activate Client Authentication

If Botnet Control and/or IPS is active I get the following error, when I try to enable Client Authentication:

Client authentication cannot use more than 0 user and group networks at the same time. 

Also if client Authentication is already active I get this error when I try to activate Botnet Control and/or IPS.
