[9.100][BUG] Endpoint Web Protection Categorization failed

Hi,

Categorization failed occurs frequently in Endpoint Web Protection.
I find many messages of category="0" in eplog. 
When this message outputs, I can access the blocked category.

If "Categorization failed" is blocked, Web access will become extremely slow.
And the access permitted category is also frequently blocked by Categorization failed.

The performance or the locations of sxl servers are insufficient?
Web access is comfortable when permitting Categorization failed.(The message of category="0" is many output.)　Therefore, I think that the line which I'm using is not the cause.

    Categorization Failed would be if the Endpoint cannot talk to the SXL servers at all.  Performance of the servers is not a factor.

    When you are getting this problem, are the Endpoints in the office (eg behind the UTM)?

    Is there anything being blocked by the firewall (anything in packetfilter.log)?
    Can you do a screenshot of your firewall rules?

    Are you using standard or transparent mode?

    Can you post a sample of your eplog?
