[9.100] High Bandwidth Usage

I am experiencing high daily bandwidth usage, I have went over my 250GB cap in 7 days.  The log shows the ps3 using 7.8gig for the last day and this for the top:

1 [United States]    ***.***.***.*** External (WAN) (Address) 137 994 29.71 257.4 GB 92.89

Attached is what my ISP has for my bandwidth usage.  it shows I have been using ~40 gig per day since 4/10

    This is still a problem, however it is a side effect of another problem.

    Normally the local content database does an incremental update, it does not download the entire database.

    If the local content database has missed several updates in a row, it triggers a full download.

    Due to some memory fragmentation issues (which we are working on) the full database update fails, which means it tries another full one later.  You are stuck in a loop of full downloads.

    Rebooting the UTM to clear the memory fragmentation is a solution and you will stop these constant full downloads, but you may get stuck in the loop again later.

    We are working on several memory issues.  Once fixed the local content database should return back to normal.
