[9.1]][ANSWERED] "is_server_certificate_valid"

Hello ,

what is this message about in proxy i have tons of them and when i got this message there are some error with application 

so can you please tell what is the "is_server_certificate_valid"

i start getting this message from 24th of this month but was under impression they will stop but it seems they are still there 

and some time with this error database reload
