[9.100][FEATURE] RED - UTM to UTM Connection can not Bounce or Failover

Hi

i test the UTM to UTM connection and there is no way to use the UTM with 2 Interfaces any of this sides. 

For example i use on the UTM 120 (Server) 2 Uplink Interfaces and the UTM 120 (Client) i have 2 Uplink Interfaces too. But you can not configure anything for this kind of connection, like the RED50.
