[9.1 Soft Release] Country blocking blocks LAN

Hi All,
I just did a fresh install on ESX5.0 U2 and restored my configuration. All this went fine & smoothly.
Then I enabled Country Blocking and blocked All countries except of 3 countries, so all traffice FROM all countries are blocked, tested this and indeed traffic is blocked and the allowed countries the settings are set off.

BUT all traffic from my LAN (on the LAN interface) is also blocked!!! I see in the log files:

Country blocked UDP 11.x.x.100:***x to 11.x.x.1:53 DROP
Country blocked TCP 11.x.x.100:***x to 11.x.x.1.1:80 DROP
etc. etc.

How is this possible?! My LAN is a country? As soon I disable Country Blocking everything is working (off course). Must there made an exception  rule? I don't whink so

edit: I just found out that the country USA is the troublemaker...
