[9.092][FEATURE] Remote Desktop Gateway and WAF is not working

Hi,

Outlook Anywhere is supported by firmware version 9.092-8. I tested this feature and it works properly. 

Now, we'd like to use the Web Application Firewall also to protect our Remote Desktop Gateway. As far as I know the Remote Desktop protocol and Outlook Anywhere use RPC over HTTP. But if I try to establish a Remote Desktop session over the Remote Desktop Gateway I get an error message. See the attached file.

Is it possible to get Remote Desktop working over WAF or does it need some developer work?

BTW: Remote Desktop works If I test it with a NAT rule.

Please let me know if any further information is required.

    This definitely requires some development efforts. The request method RDG_OUT_DATA doesn't match RPC_OUT_DATA that is used by Outlook Anywhere. So our efforts to make Outlook Anywhere work don't help here at all.

    Can you please provide as much information as you have about the used software on both sides of the WAF?
