Hi Siarom,
please describe how you have the NTP functions setup in the UTM assuming you use the UTM to pass the NTP traffic and then reference it with the a call to your server.

If you don't want to set the UTM up as your NTP source, I would let the UTM connect to the NTP pool directly.

Make sure your servers are actually syncing by running ntpq -p and you will get output like below

gatekeeper:/var/log # gatekeeper:/var/log # ntpq -pn
     remote           refid      st t when poll reach   delay   offset  jitter

Check your reach number to make sure you are actually syncing. The above is an example of connecting with my AD server (synced with windows time server). I usually try to connect astaro to a stratum1 server closest to me and not my AD server.
