[9.080] Http proxy Restarted

I'm getting mail notifications almost every hour, sometimes after 30 mins:
[INFO-141] Http proxy not running - restarted

I was away from my environment for 2 days to see what logs

    Strange situation Ian
    I turned off "Web Protection" considering your advice and make new rules! Deleted everything and Skipped Internal Network from WebProxy  (allowing http from firewall rules)
    Today found "Web Protection" ON and graphs logs on it! This can sound like a mistake by me about leaving it on, but the Internal Network was skipped and I dont have any VPN or other connections

    Hi Olsi,
    skipping the internal network is not the same as disabling the http proxy. What you have advised in the previous post is you skipped the internal network not disabled the proxy. 
    If your users had existing sessions open through the proxy when you added the skip rule it would not take affect until the web session was disconnected.
