[9.080][BUG] Constant 100% usage by ipsfb process

Hi,

After updating to 080 ipsfb seems to eat all cpu cycles on one of my four CPU's

changing ips settings did nog seem to work.

i'm running with the alert only option enabled an i have all rules including the additional warnings turned on. (disabling some does not seem to make a difference.)

    How many interfaces are you protecting and are they internal only?
    I don't have a problem with this release, performance is good, network connectivity doesn't fail on link failure at this stage, still to be fully tested.

    Just tested the performance on link failure and there wasn't a missed beat including failing over to the alternate link. Everything restored to normal quite quickly on link restoration. IPS did not use much CPU at all. This is good.
